Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure Management, Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, client liaison, digital consulting, and event design. Her expertise in customer relationship management, strategic communication, and operational coordination makes her an integral part of Shaanark Ventures’ mission to deliver professional, client-focused business solutions.

Bitan Biswas is a highly accomplished education leader with over 34 years of experience in academic leadership, school administration, and institutional development. Having served as Principal of several leading schools in India, he brings deep expertise in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, organizational management, and educational transformation. His strategic leadership and commitment to excellence make him a valuable mentor in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and capacity-building initiatives at Shaanark Ventures. He is well known for his ability to design teacher training programs and curriculum development initiatives.

Mr. Vishal Sharma is a Chartered Company Secretary and lawyer in India with extensive experience in corporate secretarial practice, startup consultancy, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and company law matters. He has worked extensively with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Food Safety authorities, Drug Authorities, SEBI, various Stock Exchanges, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). His legal and regulatory expertise strengthens Shaanark Ventures’ advisory capabilities for businesses navigating complex compliance and governance requirements.

He has also done a lot of research work in alternative energy production besides having had set up various ventures or being involved in different ventures. Mr Prasad boasts of over 40 years of rich experience in design, engineering, and construction of projects worldwide in the energy sector. Graduated from the prestigious IIT Kharagpur and then post graduated from UC Berkeley. Currently he resides in Houston, Texas in the United States of America.
